Rhinoplasty, also known as Nose Reshaping job, is a surgery to change the shape or appearance of the nose, for either cosmetic or medical reasons, such as to correct breathing problems or trauma.

A large number of people are unhappy about the shape of their nose. They think it is too big or it has an awkward shape. Before Nose Reshaping
Patients should inform their surgeon about medical history. They may need to do some lab tests and graphs. The surgeon may perform a physical exam and takes a photograph of the nose from various angles and asks them about what they want and show them how it would look like after surgery. If patient has hemophilia, it is better to avoid rhinoplasty since it causes excessive bleeding. They should stop smoking a few days before and after the surgery. They should stop taking medicines containing Aspirin or Ibuprofen two weeks before and after the surgery.
During Nose Reshaping
The surgeon may use local or general anaesthesia. The surgeon cuts between or inside the nostrils and readjusts the bone or cartilage underneath the skin. If it is needed more cartilage, the surgeon will remove some cartilage from the ear or deeper parts inside the nose. The average duration of rhinoplasty is about 1 to 4 hours.
